Information on digital ticket delivery, fulfillment methods, and estimated delivery timelines.
1. Nature of Service
The SG4 Business & Economic Forum 2026 is an in-person economic conference and business delegation event organized by SG4 Group Sdn. Bhd. All ticket purchases and delegate registrations conducted on this website are digital services for event admission.
2. Delivery Method & Digital Fulfillment
Upon successful payment authorization through our official payment gateway (Toyyibpay / FPX / Credit Card), your registration is processed automatically. Registration confirmations, official tax receipts/invoices, and electronic tickets (E-Tickets) are delivered digitally via email to the primary attendee email address specified during registration.
3. Delivery Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
- Digital Ticket & Confirmation ETA: Delivered immediately upon successful payment (typically within 1 to 15 minutes).
- Tax Invoice / Receipt ETA: Generated and emailed simultaneously with your registration confirmation.
- Physical Delegate Badge Collection: Official event lanyards and physical entry passes will be issued on-site at the venue reception counter on the morning of the event date upon presenting your digital confirmation.
4. Shipping & Delivery Fees
As all event registrations and entry passes are fulfilled digitally, no physical shipping or delivery by post or courier is required. Consequently, there are RM 0.00 shipping fees charged to delegates.
5. Non-Receipt of Digital Confirmation
If you have completed your payment but have not received your digital ticket confirmation email within 30 minutes, please perform the following checks:
- Check your email spam or junk mail folders.
- Verify that the email address submitted during registration was spelled correctly.
- Contact the SG4 Secretariat with your transaction reference number for immediate assistance.
