1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SG4 Business & Economic Forum website and registering for the event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Registration and Ticketing

All registrations are subject to availability and approval by the SG4 Secretariat. We reserve the right to refuse registration or admission to any individual or organization at our sole discretion. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicit written consent is provided by the organizers.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation policy outlined during the registration process. No refunds will be issued for "no-shows" or cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

4. Event Changes

The SG4 Secretariat reserves the right to modify the event programme, schedule, or lineup of speakers without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation, liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding related to the SG4 Business & Economic Forum are the intellectual property of the organizers or their respective owners. Unauthorized recording, broadcasting, or reproduction of event materials is strictly prohibited.
