Mr. Lee Heng Guie is the Executive Director of the Socio-Economic Research Centre (SERC), the research arm of the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia. He is among the country's most frequently cited commentators on growth, fiscal policy and business conditions.
